Terms & Conditions

- The property is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 AM on the day of departure.
- £100 deposit to be paid with the booking & the balance 6 weeks prior to arrival .For bookings made less than six weeks before arrival the full amount is payable on booking
- Once confirmation of booking is made, all monies paid are non-refundable. Where possible we will try & re-let the property.
- The renter will be responsible for any breakages or damage during the period of occupancy. We ask that towels not be removed from the property and that guests provide their own beach towels.
- If the property is rendered uninhabitable for any reason before commencement of the rental it shall be cancelled and any money paid shall be refunded. The renter however, shall not be entitled to any further damages.
- The personal belongings of the occupant/s are their responsibility and the owners accept no liability for loss or damage
- The occupant shall not cause annoyance or become a nuisance to the tenants or occupants of adjoining or neighbouring premises & act in accordance with the requirements of the lease
- The renter has a Licence to Occupy and the Licensee must contract not to impede the Owner in exercise of the Owners rights of possession and control of the Premises and every part of the premises or do anything that would place the Owner in breach of any covenant in the Lease.
- The owners reserve the right to terminate the rental immediately if any of the above conditions are not observed.
- We believe that the property is fairly described and that all the details in this information are accurate.
